The Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline is helps in the prevention of child abuse. The Hotline has professional crisis counselors working 24 hours daily using a database of emergency, social service, and support resources.

- When is a report required and where does it go?
Reason to suspect on the basis of his medical, professional or other training and experience that a child is an abused or neglected child. Oral reports shall be made to Child Protective Services (671) 475-2672 or (671) 475-2653) or the Guam Police Department (671) 472-8911). Any person or official required to report suspected child abuse or neglect who has reasonable cause to suspect that a child died as a result of child abuse or neglect shall report that fact to the chief medical examiner.
